VIA: Live Your Vision in a Context of Play

Participant lessons from VIA 1 First Weekend:
When I play in life, whether it's at work, with my family, friends, etc, the experience is light, fun, stress free. I really saw this weekend that everyone wants to play, I (and they) want permission to play, and that alot of people (including myself) have forgotten that they know how to play. I saw its there, just needed to be drug out of the closet!

I learned that discovering and refining my purpose is a lifelong process, a journey, not a destination...and that's ok!

I got to see how I show up in the world by hearing others' experience of me, the good, bad, and ugly. It was actually very validating. I've been working on a lot of areas of my life the last 18 months, specifically choosing freedom, which is showing up. Another area I've been committed to practicing is being intimate and vulnerable with people. In that area there is still room for substantial growth. I'm very excited about both!

Vision in Action is Playtime for Adults!
First weekend was a refreshing, fun experience. I experienced what it really means to play in life again - to be creative, imaginative, inventive. It had been a lot time. I miss the creative side of me that I've locked away for so long. I experienced being alive and present in a way this weekend that I've never experienced before and the experience is continuing into the first week of action in my life outside the training room walls. I look forward to defining, exploring and taking action on infusing play in all areas of my life, not just in the next three months but for the rest of my life. It truly is like nothing else I've experienced. And this is only day three!
