Legacy Center's upper level leadership program, LP PhD is a six-month program designed for graduates of LP to master the Art of Leadership and learn skills of transformational trainers and coaches. In Legacy Center's LP PhD, move from making a difference in the world yourself, to creating other difference makers. Learn how to read the context of any group or individual, and then shift what is happening to cause results. Be the kind of person who is not stopped by circumstances, obstacles, or surprises. The goal is for you to develop yourself to the point that you live your vision and your stand in all of your actions and ways of being.
LP PhD is a six-month commitment to maximize your ability to impact and inspire others. Graduation of the program requires that you live the conversations, distinctions, attitudes, and behaviors of a masterful leader and a transformational trainer. Using a learning model based on developing the skills of a trainer, there are ongoing opportunities to lead, coach, and train in front of groups.
The program culminates with you designing and leading your own two-hour transformation-based workshop, during which you must demonstrate the ability to empower individuals and groups. This workshop is given to a minimum of twenty people and videotaped from start to finish. A senior Legacy Center trainer will then evaluate the context, content and delivery of the workshop.
The program includes four breakthrough-training weekends and nine training modules where you will learn the distinctions of a transformational leader.
