The most effective leaders lead from their hearts, have a clear vision stand in their intention. The Leadership Program is the cornerstone program of Legacy Center's Core curriculum. After the breakthrough workshop, participants are ready to work with a powerful team over three months to develop their skills in leadership, accomplishment, enrollment, and service.

Legacy Center Leadership PHD (LPPHD)

LP PhD is an upper level six-month Leadership Program for people who have completed LP and want to be leaders in their community, coaches, or trainers. The goal of LP PhD is to develop proficiency in leadership, coaching, facilitation, and training. The program culminates with the participants designing and leading their own transformational-based training, during which they must demonstrate the ability to empower individuals and groups.
